Ideas to Pamper & Appreciate Your Feet!
August 6th is 'Wiggle Your Toes' day, which is a day dedicated to your feet - after all, your feet do a lot for you, so why not give them some pampering and attention?
I've listed many ideas below to help you appreciate your feet; from giving them a pedicure to painting nails and applying Henna.
Set your feet free from the confines of shoes as much as you can and give your toes wiggle-room - the idea may seem silly, but try a few of the things below and I'm sure you'll have a smile on your face all day!

Ideas 1-2
1) Give yourself a home pedicure - click here to find out how.
2) Buy some Henna and apply fancy designs to your feet, but always test Henna first to check your skin doesn't react badly to it. Click here to learn how to do lots of different patterns, and here for instructions on applying Henna.

3) Draw your feet - all you need is paper, a pencil and possibly some helpful tips.
4) Try to learn to write with a pen held by your toes.

5) Paint your nails (even if you're a guy!). Perhaps try colors and combinations you wouldn't normally try - click here for a loads of fab ideas.
6) Get someone to give you a foot massage or offer one to someone else.

7) Find at least 3 different surfaces outside to go barefoot on, e.g. sand, grass, gravel, soil, tarmac, pebbles, etc. (or make your own with marshmallows, grapes or something else squishy and messy in a bucket!) - and most importantly...wiggle your toes!
8) If you work behind a desk all day, sneakily take off your shoes during the day for a more relaxed day. Or you could wear flip-flops/peep-toe shoes all day to set your toes free!
